@StaticR@guild.pmdcollab.org Right now music on Steam is tied to Games. You could absolutely release it as a free game with DLC (and the "Game" is just a music player), but I bet if someone reached out to Valve about releasing standalone music, they'd probably be on board with at least trying; If for no other reason than Valve has done Movies and TV in the past, and currently does Game Music.
