@redbassett@toot.cafe look I’m in front of Eos this week (and vastly prefer it as a theatrical LD) but I said “leading lighting control software” in the toot to specifically include MA (and of course Jands Vista 😉). It’s maybe a little harder to begin on than Eos, but does blow it away in other functionality areas.

@s0@cathode.church You know it's a good console when you have to do an in-depth tutorial on how to view anything in the UI before you can learn to program it. (I love my MA, I just spend so much time teaching new programmers how to see what fixtures they just turned on...) There's a reason I like teaching EOS more.
