It was fermentation night again. My friend got me watching Survivor 50 and so I picked and prepared and packed some pickled peppers while I caught up on the drama.
I saved the brine from the last batch, hopefully that adds rather than subtracts.
My fingers are SO. SPICY. 🥵

@cargot_robbie@urbanists.social Hell yeah! I've had to stop my fermentation for a bit as I'm moving to another country soon, but I've already got plans to start up again once I'm settled in. 😁
