The Gitea upgrade went really easily, and they’ve improved the kanban stuff since our previous version too. But the MySQL upgrade was far more problematic - technically the latest Gitea ran fine on 5.7 but they’re not testing on it anymore as it’s EOL. But upgrading to MySQL 8.4 requires a stop-off at 8.0 in between, and you have to juggle some auth changes. Done now though

And I didn’t use a bloody LLM to tell me what was wrong when it fell over, I just read the logs like a barbarian
