@bohwaz@mamot.fr @ki@chaos.social @johl@mastodon.xyz I don't think the constraint is money, I think it's time and complexity. Google thinks of the cost of code not in terms of how long it takes to write, but in terms of the amortized cost to maintain it forever.
The best code is code that gets removed is a common refrain.
