@morrick@appdot.net @craiggrannell@mastodon.social Search engine usage is a very complex beast. Everyone has different needs. Yes, lots of people still use Google by default out of sheer laziness. But in my experience, especially for work, it is still impossible to do completely without it (and not just for images). I use DuckDuckGo by default, but frequently fall back on Google (with AI blocked) for work-related text searches (often site-specific), because I cannot take the risk not to check things with it.
