When I moved here a year ago there were some bird-houses up, but they were rotting. So I today I upgraded them to two new bird-houses that my niece and nephew gave me.
I hope the birds appreciate it.

Of course I will be charging the birds rent this year to help defray the cost of these infrastructure upgrades.
