The post said gas, not gasoline? Latam countries don't really shorten it to gas I don't think, that's a NA thing. Rest of the western world mostly has petrol or some form of bensin. I suppose OP could also be referring to Japan which has gasorine. Oh and the OP regularly posts in a Texas community, but I'm sure that's also not a reason to think the meme is about American fuel prices.
