@jasonsantamaria@typo.social I’m more interested in the shift from Pinterest :). It’s probably the worst software my family regularly relies on.
Has Are.na fully replaced it for you? The way the product describes itself is not very Pinterest-like.
Any insight would be appreciated.

@lkanies@hachyderm.io Well, I was really only using Pinterest for this one thing, so your mileage may vary. I got frustrated with the rigidity of the platform: It kept changing information I had manually entered, or blocking links as malicious, and was painful to prune and organize. I like the way Arena is set up, it's been around for a long time, and big bonus: it seems to be pretty easy to get my data out in a usable format.
