@JamminJerry@mastodon.stickbear.me @remixman@kind.social Right, but my point is, it wouldn't matter if you had equipment for bridging like that, you still do not get your own dedicated IPV4 address, so no port forwarding for you. IPV6 is an entirely different matter. You actually can publicly host stuff on IPV6 addresses without doing anything too special. I've even hosted servers from my phone hotspot before. Of course, whoever connects to you must also be IPv6 capable.
