@astory@tilde.zone I'm not the target audience here, I don't think, because every reaction I had on reading this involves trying to exploit the vegetable loophole that I feel this opens. Can you eat slightly more of the boiled vegetables and make up for it? Maybe there's some nutritional yeast or flaxseed to add? If you deep fry them does it negate the benefits you get from not boiling or is it more like boiling in oil? Is freeze drying the anti boiling?

@anne@precise.space I think the hack is just to consume the broth. Mostly you're losing minerals to the low quality soup you've made. That said I'm sure some things (vitamin c for one) are degraded by any long heating
