@retrosponge@kind.social It had some solid scares, but my main dislike was the format (which is very much a personal preference).

@Gulleko@kind.social I do get tired of jump scares in films because they're usually telegraphed and really cheap. I want the slow grinding tension and anxiety, not the fucking cat jumping out of nowhere or something like that. Fake jump scares are even worse.
