I can see how critics come to a different conclusion, in that having those particular enterprise partnerships forthwith be part of the budget -- a maybe more reliable part of the budget than user donations and therefore difficult to back out of -- and see that as compromising to Wikipedia's (financial) autonomy, but you obviously don't have to share that perspective.
