@lenny@piaille.fr How old are we talking? Like, is it straight up pre-UEFI times? Maybe it has UEFI but windows installation is BIOS mode? Anyway, my recommendations would be to check whether your motherboard has UEFI or BIOS, and whether your drive was formatted with GPT or MBR in case of BIOS. Best case is GPT+UEFI, any generic guide for manual partitioning will be working for you if you can just shrink windows partition(tldr for all of them - make a 4-16GB partition, use as swap; make a 512MB partition - use as EFI partition; make a partition with rest of your space - use as /)
