@newsgroup@social.vir.group I was in favor of bailing out companies, but we could also have helped individuals. We did none of that. We need a UBI waiting in the wings, and government supports for food--mamdani's grocery stores, e.g.--and shelter. And heat and electricity. But these idiot financial institutions? They had their chances.
