The waffle experiment turned out nice. Using boiled flour for part of the batter gave the very plump waffs a fascinating threefold texture. Crisp on the outside, almost pudding inside, with a layer of gentle chewiness between.

And the steamed nettles went down real smooth. Mmmmm. One of the mildest greens, and it has to be picked with gloves 🤣
