That is nice. I would like to do the same, but I don't have a regular walk like that, in particular not since I started working from home. But maybe I could establish one... building a relationship with them seems like a rewarding thing to do.
Peanuts โ unshelled, and unsalted, of course, but also unroasted, I assume?
Would have to take care not to feed the pigeons; they are rather a pest here.

@jyrgenn@mas.to Roasted is fine, maybe even better. I haven't noticed pigeons going after the unshelled nuts. But squirrels and jays will start a war. After a while I noticed several interesting, new behaviors once I had a relationship going. Their caws change (I didn't realized there was so much variety), and they may start getting sneaky to avoid any social obligations to share. ๐
