Apparently he was convener of the cross-party group on visual impairment in the previous session. Enough said. No, thinking about it, he had no knowledge of the sighted or otherwise status of the rest of the panel: he just assumed. And we wonder at the inaccessibility of our environment, the attainment gap , employment difficulties and lack of understanding of our needs. 2/2
