I can’t help but cringe at people who post stuff like this… I’m not going to be cliche and say “get help,” as I feel like people like this weirdly live for that type of response.
Maybe try medication?

Yea, I do post it to provoke the children who cannot help themselves. It's intentional! And I am on max medication. What are your deficits? Are you aware? I can point some out, but I don't want to be cliche'd. You must get that feedback a lot.
