@TimWardCam@c.im Decent landlords, and I’ve had some great ones, shouldn’t have anything to worry about. Getting crap tenants out sounds like it can already be problematic, and it doesn’t change that, or eviction for no rent. Court times are a much wider issue.

@FloatingOnion@cyberplace.social I did once have to evict a tenant for all sorts of things, including no rent. It took five months including waiting for the court and then waiting for the bailiff, and cost around £10k, not counting redecoration. I gather that just the court wait alone is now six months, and that's before the expected increase in cases from the new legislation.
