I've made some really good progress this year - I'd been losing fitness and had got heavier and most of my 5k times had been between 36-38 minutes until recently. Improvements seem to be slowing down but I'm fine with that, it takes as long as it takes and I don't want to rush things.
I would *love* to get a sub-30 time this year, but we'll have to see how things go.

@edchivers@dice.camp So, I became a bin-man the other day. Enjoying it so far *but*.....how the fuck are you running without blowing your knee out? I've had no issues with my knee before, but obviously now I'm doing a much more...intense sort of walking/jogging I've noticed it's very sore. Is this going to be a thing for me for a few weeks or is my knee permanently gonna be causing pain whilst I do this job?
