@Zahlenzauberin@dresden.network @Willow@chaosfem.tw I did have some mild heat flashes, I'd say for the first 4 months. I had not yet had them prior to HRT. In my experience they didn't last long, and they were brief, like I'd want to take my shirt off for a few minutes. I remember then being a late-evening thing. No night sweats.

@Zahlenzauberin@dresden.network @Willow@chaosfem.tw It might be worth timing any HRT to coincide with winter, though. It makes a body run hotter and adapting to that was easier for me over the winter.
