@Zahlenzauberin@dresden.network @Willow@chaosfem.tw It might be worth timing any HRT to coincide with winter, though. It makes a body run hotter and adapting to that was easier for me over the winter.

@Zahlenzauberin@dresden.network @Willow@chaosfem.tw If one is already into perimenopause enough to have serious hot flashes, my un-educated guess is that HRT would speed them up, then make them stop. And that it might not take very long? You go through a kind of accelerated menopause from testosterone. YMMV, but I went from beginning-perimenopause to "done with this s**t" in like 5 months.
