And I just wish they would gather actual coding knowledge and find the fun in technology. Instead they now mess with slippery slop-code that will fall apart in a few days. And that will bring even more frustration :(

(And sorry if this came out wrong: there's also a lot of complicated things in CS and software engineering if you dive deep, of course. That's why AI also is not able to build proper complicated things. I did not want to downplay that.)

@bleeptrack@vis.social it's too bad that languages like BASIC have pretty much fallen off the radar, or that it's not widely known that Python could fill the same role. of course, Python is now owned by OpenAI so :blobcatgooglyshrug:
