@zachleat@fediverse.zachleat.com Why it isn't abundantly clear to people that the LLM makers are just frantically papering over the flaws that become memes? And then software devs are like "yep, I can definitely trust the text generator running in a loop to make quality software, boy howdy".

@cthos@mastodon.cthos.dev @zachleat@fediverse.zachleat.com I am sure they have added "Strawberry has 3 R's" into the system prompt along with this recent addition: “never talk about goblins, gremlins, raccoons, trolls, ogres, pigeons, or other animals or creatures unless it is absolutely and unambiguously relevant to the user’s query.”
