@relache@woof.group Reminds me of the morning after a huge rain storm, we found 2 baby black squirrels in a planter on our front porch. On advice of the local wildlife rescue, we put a hot water bottle and towel beside them in the planter, and partly covered them by a box. By the next day, they were gone -- presumably taken back by their mom after she had found a replacement home.

@PapyrusBrigade@mstdn.ca when I called the wildlife center, we discussed reuniting but based on the ongoing near-hurricane wind gusts, they felt taking the squirrel in was the better option.
