@z3r0fox@mastodon.social Last night at the free meal program I volunteer at, they were rationing the orange juice. I was surprised it has started so soon. It made me think there will come a time when OJ is a rare luxury to many.

Today I learned that police can use GM's OnStar to remotely control a vehicle they are tracking. From the Ontario Special Investigations Unit (SIU) report on shooting a man chased in a 2 day manhunt in Temagami in Oct 2025: "OPP communications coordinated with OnStar to track a pick-up truck, receiving intermittent GPS updates indicating the vehicle was moving and later stationary near Highway 11.
