Regarding the listing, $675/month for a freaking POD with zero privacy or security is obscene.
Also, this passage is *chef's kiss* "The lease begins with a 2 month trial period. If you're a good fit for the community, your lease will be extended month to month."
Translation: we can throw you out with essentially zero notice.
This is NOT something set up to help anyone, it's a $10k+/month money grab that is likely one phone call away from being shut down for not following build and fire code requirements...
