There a certain group of older women who think things have been getting better on the street harassment front because they're getting harassed less, but honey, no.
It's not because things are better.
It's because you and I no longer look like teenage girls.

Also, when I was a teenage girl getting cat-called by grown men, I used to assume it was because they hadn't noticed that I was a child. Knowing that it was rather the opposite makes me angrier every year.

@juliette@mastodon.green It's actually one of the advantages of ageing. But if anything, things have gotten worse for young women.
