@iBlame@kolektiva.social the news is fucking depressing. I jotted down 4 stories in this morning's paper that made the world suck before I had finished my 1st cup of joe. And that did not include the two gun-violence stories on the same fucken page in Metro. I don't blame you for staying off it.

@Tarheel@theatl.social No kidding. I was chatting with my GP the other day about my anxiety and she said, “before I prescribe something that will potentially give you seratonin syndrome, are you staying away from the news?” She was joking, but only about the seratonin syndrome.
