The economy is indeed an optimization problem—however, central planning is an optimization problem with combinatorial explosion, which is why both the traditional far-left and far-right are bound to fail.

So I ask you: How does society change from one algorithm to another? Is it not caused by the development of production? Also the phrase "reflecting the ambition to micromanage every variable" in the Central Planning section is pretty subjective since the purpose of marxism is Democratic centralism. It is the same solution solved by the brain in the body. Abstraction solves complexity.
