Absurd, look at all the materials on Archive.org, Gutenberg, etc. Only copywrited material they need is Strunk & White.

@Nazani@universeodon.com archive.org runs on fair use clause and they are also getting sued and occasionally lose a bit (e.g. digitizing books in covid)
