LinkedIn will share user data with Microsoft for AI training starting Nov 3, 2025.
You’re opted in by default 🔄
To opt out:
1️⃣ Go to Settings & Privacy
2️⃣ Select Data privacy → Data for Generative AI improvement
3️⃣ Toggle off “Use my data for training content creation AI models”

@knoppix95@mastodon.social this automatic opt in by these big web monsters is something that can't be tolerated anymore, it's like "hide your money or I'm authorised to steal them, but tell me you want to keep your money and I'll keep my hands away (maybe)" - it's a complete non sense.
