@ll1t@mastodon.social @cookingroffa@chaos.social nooooo, not the dreaded pacing :not_like_this: pacing is probably, genuinely, the best advice, though :bear_shrug: (but every time I hear it, my response is :espeon_pout: (first it's my partner (who is very experienced with all this), then the physical therapist, and then just when I thought I was safe, even the speech therapist :cat_sob: ))
