@ajh@indieweb.social I waited at least two MONTHS for them to pull fiber from the road to my house under construction in 2014 and considered myself lucky. I live on 10 acres in a rural residential area. This access costs about $56/month from a local company. When I call them during office hours, a PERSON answers the phone. I've got zero complaints and might have to live here forever. Good luck with your install!
