@thejuicemedia@mastodon.social Artistically peformative cynicism was cute for awhile, but ultimately it's the same trope as childish anonymous people online throwing tantrums of despair, and has become not only tedious, but similarly corrosive. At some point, developed societies need to grow the fuck up and stop playing with our shit as if that makes us clever instead of just annoying and useless. Cynicism has never solved any human problem, and never can. At best, it's just vapid distraction.
