I want to know every thing 😬. But most pressing at the moment is how it affected the symptoms of menopause. I had a few months of really bad sleep due to nightly heat flushes and I really do not want to repeat those.

@Zahlenzauberin@dresden.network @Willow@chaosfem.tw I did have some mild heat flashes, I'd say for the first 4 months. I had not yet had them prior to HRT. In my experience they didn't last long, and they were brief, like I'd want to take my shirt off for a few minutes. I remember then being a late-evening thing. No night sweats.
