@valentine@flickering.style @Willow@chaosfem.tw thanks for your detailed account 🥰. I want to know every thing 😬. But most pressing at the moment is how it affected the symptoms of menopause. I had a few months of really bad sleep due to nightly heat flushes and I really do not want to repeat those.
