And interestingly enough, it seems that #VELUX users #Netatmo's backend. Luckily, the cloud backend is not needed to operate local appliances thanks to #HomeAssistant

Post-mortem: the issue resolved yesterday afternoon. The health page at https://health.netatmo.com/posts/history is a bit misleading: Not sure about the 5% of the users affected. But it was not possible for me to use the app or web, throughout the incident window, even with a couple of retries 3/3 #VELUX #Netatmo #HomeAssistant
