@ravanon@mastodon.scot I entirely concur. There is no such thing as "too much hair". If one can see mermaids as modern sirens, that hair is this mermaid's modern call. I find it wild how you manage the complexity here while keeping the feeling of "floatiness"

@multisn8@mastodon.catgirl.cloud Thanks. Long hair remains one of the things I have the most fun drawing, to the extent I occasionally forget to stop. But that just means I get more practice. Interesting point about sirens. Since I can't show the allure of the siren/mermaid's voice in a drawing, I guess the hair becomes something of a visual surrogate.
