Then I double/triple/quadrupel-check my initial thought and find I was often right. Am I arrogant for saying this? Maybe. But it also scares me when I see people plunge head-first into a thing which appears to me to be pure folly. Perhaps because I may be Neuro-divergent (never diagnosed and never felt the need)? Perhaps because I never had that formal education to give me a false sense of self assurance? 3/5

Regardless of the reasons behind how I come to my conclusions, I struggle to understand why so many people chase fads that are demonstrably worse than the solutions and technologies we already have. Be it LLMs, or virtual machines, or containers, or reactive programming, or the flavor-of-the-week frontend framework. 4/5

@infosec812@foojay.social I don't think that's arrogant at all, that's just self-validation, something we all do! If you were arrogant, you'd say something like: "pff, this person is stupid and never know what is saying". It's always good to remember that: "we're not divided as death eaters and aurors. Everyone has a little bit of light and darkness". People who see no good in themselves can't see good in the others, and this is sad!
