@syntaxseed@phpc.social oh no, I'm sorry to hear it has got so deep even in the lower grades. I'm taking a quarter off from teaching 100-level college classes, and possibly won't return, because of a similar reason. It was heartbreaking / infuriating / plain annoying to see students loose their own voice and self, while at the same time having admin sending surveys about how were we implementing AI in the curriculum, and slowly seeing faculty move further and further towards that.
