@silhelm@craftgoblin.club viterna's are tablets. still huge (and smell horribly) but one can just split them any number of times.

@silhelm@craftgoblin.club @jasmine@chaosfem.tw we ended up getting a size 2 capsule filling dingus and filling them by packed volume with a bit of microcrystaline cellulose can take a fuck ton of tiny capsules, but large pills/capsules suck finding magnesium bisglycinate in small vegan capsules is similarly impossible but at least with some brands of orange cordial/squash we can add it directly to our electrolyte beverage whenever we have NAC we tend to buy it in powdered form, measure and put into baggies, and then dissolve it in minimum amount of strong sweet dark fruit juice and chug it or sip from it throughout the day, it tends to be cheaper in powder form but tends to be expensive unless buying in bulk having shots of NAC solution is a good way to get even dosing though, we typically throw a bit of melatonin in as well if we have spare
