@Phangurl@vmst.io Also, I've heard it recommended that movie, TV, and video game soundtracks are good for background music when you're trying to be productive. They're usually designed to push a narrative or engage focus. I constantly live with music or a noise generator running in the background, even before I realized I was neurospicy.
