@drakocxjo@dragonchat.org If you don't want any extra program you could just pack title + tags into the file name and search by that. Another incredibly low-tech offline version would be creating an index, like a txt with : on each line and letting them use ctrl+F to find what they want. Similar for each tag. Not really super user-friendly though but it'd be useable for non-tech ppl Just gets annoying when you need to add/remove/update the indices.
