@BenAveling@mastodon.world @matunos@mastodon.social That's a fatuous assertion beneath response. Let's move back to YOUR original and still unsupported point: You hold that the post is offensive. What's offensive in the post? You're up in these mentions defending the deletion—which was overturned as a mistake, you should note. So defend your position. State what's offensive. Cut straight to the heart of your position and leave out the quibbles around the edges. You are, after all, the one who butted in.

Mastodon has an established history of trying to prevent targeted harassment on issues like racism and xenophobia by moderating blatantly racist/xenophobic content. The tech industry is overwhelming white and male. To make progress on how to address issues like race perhaps we should work on educating each another and not tossing incendiary bombs at one another.
