I will be examining a PhD student soon. I have to read their thesis. I brought out my reMarkable e-ink tablet to use it to read and annotate the thesis. So much better than using a laptop or (even worse) printing it out and carrying 200+ pages around... I am continually impressed with this tablet. I have the first version which I bought when they first came out (10 years ago now?). I hadn't used it in a few months so it seems that there have been software updates. When I turned it on, several updates installed automatically. The system works perfectly and now has new features and better performance. Kudos to the company for providing all updates to all of their different models, even the very oldest ones. 👍👏 In my dreams, my (similar age) mobile phone (stuck on Android 8) would have this kind of support.
