Philosophical question for any UK #Rail people: Is a station still a station if trains never call at it?
I'm thinking specifically of Manchester United Football Ground station, but I think there are a few others it could apply to.

@jonobennett@mastodon.me. Dont know if 4 #OpenStreetMap editors is a representative sample, but they regard it as a former station: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/6414583137#map=18/53.461483/-2.290853&layers=D

@jonobennett@mastodon.me.uk I understand from the Wiki that railway station represents the "activity", so if no train activity is to be observed, it's disused: - https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:railway%3Dstation#How_to_map - https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:disused:railway=station The "infrastructure", like buildings, has its own tags.
