I for one am glad the time period is over when it was socially awkward to say you aren't on #Facebook or #Instagram. I can still remember the confused looks on people's faces, some even thinking something must be wrong with me for not actively posting photos on those services. These days most understand and nod approvingly, but sadly it took 15 years to get here. Now #AI (by the same tech giants) is taking us there all over again. I hope people are wiser this time.
