#WritersCoffeeClub 3: Do you write your works localised to the setting or your background?
I write in English with British spelling and punctuation, which is my background. Apart from one fictionalised British setting (in NPC) and one fictionised British character in a fantasy setting (in TOGATA), I haven't written anything set anywhere else. But I'd still use English with British spelling and punctuation if I did.
A little confused by this question, tbh. I'm not a translator?

#WritersCoffeeClub 4: Is there a scene or a character or even a plot you regret adding to a finished work? Nope! Not for finished works. Looking back on earlier published work can be a bit cringey for me sometimes, because I would have approached them differently now. But I largely stand by the work I've published. I told the stories the best I could for the person I was at the time. I can't do better than that. And I still love all the work I've published.
